The CRO Cafe

Welcome to the CRO cafe! This project was dreamed up two and a half years ago during my 1 hr commute to Tesla motors and back. When I started to ask myself if I could imagine a job where I could have a positive and powerful impact on society while simultaneously improving my work/life balance.

The idea for a cafe was based on my desire to live and work in a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere that fostered creativity and the exchange of ideas. The every-man's think tank. The perfect Cafe atmosphere.

The commitment to a positive impact meant that I would live my life according to my morals. Family comes first, do business with dignity and work on projects whose affect I would be proud of, do more art, offer the highest quality products and services, reduce my commute, live, shop, eat more locally. Trying to keep my impact focused, and within my family and community and let the word spread from there. I'd need to have more time for my family and for connecting with my community. Hence a local business, and I'll name it after my daughter, Camille Rosemary Oldani. The CRO cafe.

I'm taking baby steps and starting by restoring and updating two retired espresso machines bestowed upon me by dear and supportive friends, a salvaged refrigerator from the Alameda naval base, a 1948 Divco Milk delivery truck, and a whole lot of elbow grease at the Oldani Art Studio.

Please check out the blog, and drop me a line at thecrocafe@gmail.com where I can add you to my mailing list for all kinds of updates and special offerings, events, and goodies.
